Her role lends her the versatility and strategic sophistication to reducing costs, enhancing business value and quality and aligning collaborative business partners to enhance growth.

With a change in career objectives some years ago, she turned to serve with Hong Kong’s large academic institutions such as the University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong and government body of Vocational Training Council. She contributed her professional experiences and knowledge in education whereby her students gained from the transfer of her interactive and dynamic teaching approach to achieve valuable learning experiences and personal development. "Doing my PhD at ESC Rennes School of Business was a very enriching experience. Not only did I have a very competent and at the same time human supervisor, also the other staff members seemed involved and provided me with regular feedback and useful insights. The multicultural environment is stimulating. We all have different cultural frameworks and by sharing our different points of view we can go to a higher level of discussion, incorporating those cultural, generational and educational differences. A specialisation in diversity management comes to live in such a dynamic school, it's not only theory, it's daily practice!
