From ESC Rennes School of Business, this collaboration will be led by Dr. Taran Patel who is in charge of the Center for Responsible Business. From the side of UWBS, Robert Hamlin, Professor Emeritus and Chair of Human Resource Development will lead this project. The partnership will involve replication studies on the topic of managerial leadership effectiveness within selected French organizations to compare results from similar studies carried out by Professor Hamlin in the UK. Through this collaboration, the research team will expand the scope of this research project by carrying out similar replication studies in other countries such as Romania and Germany. The subsequent results will be used to compare and contrast the findings across different nations and cultures.
