| New partnerships in Russia |
| Olivier Aptel, Dean of the ESC Rennes School of Business, signed during his trip to Russia on March 18-20 last, four new partnerships with universities and schools in Moscow: MIRBIS (Moscow International Business School), Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics, Sinerghia Economics and Finance Institute, and State University Higher School of Economics. |
The main aim of these agreements is to develop exchanges between both students and faculty.
As of the 2008-2009 intake, the International School of Management will open to its students a three-zone study section, providing them with the opportunity of studying in three different geographical locations in order to become familiar with different managerial cultures and styles. Strengthening partnerships abroad is part of the strategy of the ESC Rennes School of Business.
Over the past two months, ESC Rennes School of signed a total of 11 new agreements with schools in the United States, Brazil, India, Taiwan, Slovakia, Senegal, and Russia. The school is currently working with a total of 139 university partners.
The institution's international presence is already well-established, with one-third of the on-campus population made up of overseas students from 42 different nations, an 80%-foreign faculty and systematic immersion abroad for all students. |
