The Grande Ecole programme

| The Grande Ecole programme curriculum is designed to enable students to choose their own learning path. A common core of classes teaches students the fundamentals of management. From the second year onwards, elective classes, the exchange year abroad, double diplomas, the company internship year and the professional courses offer a wide variety of options. |

| These offer specific expertise in subjects chosen from some 70 topics such as international negotiation, marketing, advertising, entrepreneurship, human resources, finance, etc |

| The ESC Rennes double diplomas provide students with international-level references. 100% of students who receive the Master Grande Ecole receive an Anglo-Saxon double diploma accredited by the Open University. During their study year abroad, all students can also obtain a diploma from one of our partner universities in addition to their Master Grande Ecole. |

| In-company sandwich years |

| 70% of ESC students Students spend a sandwich year in a company, often between their second and third years. This provides them with hands-on experience, reinforces their CV and enables them to take a more mature approach to their 3rd year. Entrepreneurs view this progressive integration process increasingly favourably. |

Building a career project by acquiring skills which are relevant to market expectations is vital. To achieve this, students can include a professional specialisation in their curriculum from the 2nd year onwards:
• New Technologies, • Sports, Leisure and Culture, • Agri-business, Catering / Hotels and Tourism.
