Managing people can be an extremely difficult and complex process. However people are on organisations most important resource and they are crucial for ensuring its success. The objective of the MSc. in IHRM is to bring to the future managers a specialization in IHRM that will allow them to address the people management issues which can span international borders and therefore be effective on an international scale.
