Master of Science in Managing Diversity

The Master of Science in Managing Diversity (MSc MD) is directed towards the needs of leadership and management in corporate and other organisations. This MSc also targets the needs of consultants, advisors and trainers who prepare people for assignments in other countries or who in some way have to deal with the questions of diversity in their work lives.

The Master of Sciences in Managing Diversity (MSc MD) prepares students for employment in HRM, public relations and related occupational fields.

Diversity of talent experience, professions, cultures and co-cultures, age, gender, know-how, etc. reflect a multiplicity of perceptions which are a precondition for creativity, synergy and innovation -but only when they are managed effectively. Our view of Diversity Management implies that future diversity managers must be in a position:
1) to recognize and analyse diversity;
2) actively manage a particular diversity context in light of constant change;
3) and consciously and strategically intervene in diversity issues.
