Diversity of talent experience, professions, cultures and co-cultures, age, gender, know-how, etc. reflect a multiplicity of perceptions which are a precondition for creativity, synergy and innovation -but only when they are managed effectively. Our view of Diversity Management implies that future diversity managers must be in a position: 1) to recognize and analyse diversity; 2) actively manage a particular diversity context in light of constant change; 3) and consciously and strategically intervene in diversity issues.
